Glammas--short for glamorous grandmas-- is a new rap written by Clara Hsu and performed by the Grant Avenue Follies. The message (there's always a message) is to empower senior women to get up, make-up and dress-up. "...This is our time, when the children and grandchildren are grown. We get together with good friends, put on lipstick and move around!"
The rap was recorded by audio engineer Greg Landau at the Hyde Street Studio on January 21, 2022. Thank you TsaTsa for assisting and filming. We're still working on the music and don't have a release date yet. But the Glammas are coming. The Glammas are coming!
