The Clarion is the home of the Grant Avenue Follies. They have weekly practice at the premises since May 2021. Instructor Allen Ogi and friends often perform with the Follies. The most recent performance was "Dancing on Waverly Festival" organized by the Chinese Culture Center. See the video clip of another of their performance during the "Autumn Moon Festival" in 2019.
