It is a live performance of the autobiography I wrote. It is about Chinese culture, healing generational trauma, grief, a Shero's journey, filled with laughter, adventure, feel good relief, and integration of emotions.

Please note that the performance will be recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera, you are welcome to choose seating away from the camera lenses.

Following the rehearsal, I will be inviting audience members to share testimonials. With your consent, these reflections may be recorded, transcribed, and used on my website to support future promotion of the performance.
