About the Event
The film follows artist, Leon Sun, Barnali Ghosh and Anirvan Chatterjee of Berkeley South Asian Radical History Walking Tour, and Caroline Cabading of Manilatown Heritage Foundation as they explore the intersections of Asian American community art, history, and archival work in the San Francisco Bay Area. The film is 35 minutes.
Following the screening, researcher Grant Din will share insights from his work in historical preservation and genealogical research. We welcome you to bring your questions and join the conversation about how to get involved in preserving your own family and community history.
