Afrolistic: Black Healing from Zimbabwe to the Bay is a 22 minute documentary exploring Zimbabwean traditional dance, healing, and spirituality through the lens of a Black American and traditional healer. Afrolistic Sound Meditation is a fusion of western and eastern sound healing practices.

About the Event
Afrolistic: Black Healing from Zimbabwe to the Bay is a 22 minute documentary exploring Zimbabwean traditional dance, healing, and spirituality through the lens of a Black American and traditional healer. Film will be presented by the director and creator, Nekia Wright who is also featured in the film. Â Â
Afrolistic Sound Meditation is a fusion of western and eastern sound healing practices with African traditions. Nekia Wright will lead a 30 minute guided sound meditation while participants are bathed in the sound of singing bowls, gongs, rattles, drums, and flute.
