About the Event

Open mic before and after the featured poets. Sign up at 1 pm.

César Love is a Latinx poet influenced by the Asian masters. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he is the author of two books of poetry, While Bees Sleep and Birthright. César is also a co-editor of the Haight Ashbury Literary Journal. His favorite neighborhood in San Francisco has always been Chinatown.

Beth Copeland is the author of Selfie with Cherry (Glass Lyre Press, 2022); Blue Honey, 2017 Dogfish Head Poetry Prize winner; Transcendental Telemarketer (BlazeVOX, 2012); and Traveling through Glass, 1999 Bright Hill Press Poetry Book Award winner. She owns and operates Tiny Cabin, Big Ideas™, a retreat for writers in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
