David Booth is a poet and teacher whose work has appeared in the Missouri ReviewChicago Quarterly ReviewWashington SquareFourteen Hills, and Farallon Review, among other journals. He is the author of two poetry collections: Tell Me Please, What's the Matter (Blue Cedar Press, 2025) and Too Bright to See (Simi Press, 2021). In 2026, he is writing a series of four essays on poetics for the quarterly online zine Prairie Review, the first of which concerns poets' notebooks. He lives in San Francisco with his wife Ingrid Hawkinson.


Alison Hart is an author, musician, dancer, and music educator.
